Whats a good workout program for an enduro racer?
i was wondering if anyone knew a good system for getting in shape for an eduro season?? i would greatly appreciate the help. im in high school so im limited to what i can do. but please send some advice!! Thanks
its dirtbikes i race to by the way.
the best thing i've found to do is mountain bike. mountain biking is virtually identical in the feel of enduro minus the speeds. the pedaling will build stamina while blasting through trails will give you some great training. i ride enduro and am beginning to get into hare and hound races, but since i was busy with college i could go out to the desert all the time so i got more into biking the local trails and saw a huge difference in my riding once i got back on the bike.
